There is a line of storms about 2.5 hours away and we'll be lucky to survive it.   We're talking EF7 tornadoes, and the scale only goes up to EF5.      Some of us may not be here by Midnight.   I just want to express my gratitude to you all for allowing me to vent, speculate, joke and celebrate sports with you over the last 20+ years.

Scattered storms. Very unstable weather. We have a severe thunderstorm warning downriver.

There is a huge front to the west moving east fast but the future radar says it's going to break up before it gets to SE MI.

I hope they can get this game in. No rest for the Twins bullpen..

Future Radar.   Perhaps you could place a bet on Polymarket.com.    We take your money - and you can't do anything about it - because even when you bet correctly, we'll find some sort of micrscopic loophole that gets us out of paying you anything.   Oh, and it's not betting,  it's futures predicting with money !

absolutely pouring in Dearborn right now.  And it's hread right for downtown Detroit.

These are the goofiest little storms. We had one at our house last night that dropped like an inch of rain but the storm was hardly a dot on the radar it was so local.

A player or spectator is going to be struck by lightning one of these days because they are so careless and reckless when there's storms near...

Either way, you are getting a dose of what every afternoon from Mid May through Late September is down here in the "Sunshine State"

People get desenitized (sp?) to warnings because...the last 1000 times, nothing happened. "Go hide in the basement? Naw..nothing ever happens." Until it does.

it's on mlb.tv if you have that, and it's the MILB free game of the day if you don't, I guess.

It's one of the boxes on rain delay questions. I'm surprised I'm still awake for these questions.

I’m actually very surprised this hasn’t happened somewhere yet.  Especially in football.  I think it happened at a NASCAR race a while back in the parking lot area.

That particular line of storms coming in a couple hours is definitely pretty nasty.  I just drove through it coming back home—saw multiple trees down.

On the west side of the state? Hopefully it breaks up before in gets here.
