IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 You really had me going for a second there man. JV today? On a lighter note, I hope Skubal’s boys are OK today. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted June 25 Posted June 25 The Astro pitcher tonight should allow us to flex our muscles. Easily score a Bert, by the 5th inning!! Quote

IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 I am willing to wager that the lead off hitter for the Astros will not hit a home run tonight! I am confident! I am not a whiner! Quote

IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Melton is really dealing. I hope he doesn’t have an athletic cup malfunction tonight. Apparently there are more things to worry about than I have ever thought of and now this is another one. Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 This umpire sucks. He should be so ashamed of himself his boys will retract enough that he won’t even need an athletic cup. Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Second inning is a long one for Melton. Hitting 97 98 mph too. Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Not a lot happening in this game so far. Not a lot to talk about. Keep seeing lots of ads on mlb.tv for the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 coming out October 23. Grand Theft Auto VI, on the other hand, is so far doing no traditional ads because they don’t have to. I’m really looking forward to watching my son play the game. It should be truly epic. Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Nothing to see in this one so far. Nothing at all Quote
Sports_Freak Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Why are the Tigers swinging at all of those bad pitches? We could have 10 walks by now. Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Exposing a young child to a game like this could turn them into football fans, or devotees cage fighting. They need parental supervision to explain why this is so good. Of course, if they got into demolition derby’s, I would be OK with that, because I’ve been to a couple and it was freaking awesome. Tigermojo Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Melton is mowing them down. Heather Nabozny is impressed. 2 Quote
IdahoBert Posted June 25 Posted June 25 I don’t want Melton to toss 135 pitches and go on the DL for the rest of the year just for the sake of a damn no hitter. Quote

But watching a game like this could turn them into soccer fans. Or fans of rooting for paint to dry. Or the exciting event of watching grass grow. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Hey Tigers....this pitcher really stinks. Score runs, dummies Quote

Crazy Cat Gentleman Posted June 26 Posted June 26 there goes the no-no and the shutout in one swing. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Andy and Jason should be told that sometimes it's OK not to talk. The endless giggling gets irritating. 1 Quote
