I went to Lowes yesterday to get some sod plugs (In Florida, the grass grows sideways on stolons, so this works). The garden area was closed, so I had to go inside to ring them up and go out and grab them, like ice at a convenience store.  The employee working the checkout area proceeded to type in sod into the touch screen to ring it up... and was unable to spell "sod." "Sid," "Sud", "Sd."

The innate hotness that epitomized Marisa Tomei c. 1992 can hardly be denied, but it would be hard for the New York Times to come up with a more unflattering picture of her from this movie. I mean, yikes.

Tuesday morning I woke up with "Renegade" by Styx in my head.   Love the song, but hadn't heard it in years.  Don't know why

Wednesday I looked at the field for the Kentucky Derby having absolutely know prior knowledge of who was running and saw the favorite is a horse name Renegade. 

That's a sign. 

I put $50 on Renegade.    I usually don't bet on horses.   But I had to, right?

Unable to because the keyboard would not cooperate or they did not know how Sod was spelled?

 

It is getting scary.  All the information in the world at their fingertips growing up with these damn "smart" phones and no idea how to think on their feet. 

 

We'll will the Alpha Babies raised with tablets since they were 3 grow up.

Touch screen, no typing issues. Just didn't know how to spell it.  "Sod," not "existential"
