  1. Oh joy. It was mentioned here this past season that he's still a draw to the ballpark. I guess we can expect attendance figures in 2023 to reflect that, eh?
  2. Sort of. I don't think people expected this kind of game while missing 4 of 5 starters.
  3. New York Knicks vs Detroit Pistons
  4. He’s a Browns’ fan now because they’re a clean operation.
  5. Isn’t PJ Fleck about due to row his boat to a new locale?
  6. Henderson was out and Williams has been oft hurt. Trayanum was productive, especially considering he had all of 1 carry heading into the game. Hayden, …. did I miss where he was injured, or did he just leave? He’d been 3rd string and gotten plenty of work with the injuries to Henderson and Williams. I think Day ignored the running too much in the 2nd half and those calls to punt were coaching to not lose rather than coaching to win. Credit to Michigan for keeping the passing game in front of them. There were some plays where Stroud had plenty of time to throw, but Michigan’s coverage was up to the task. And as was discussed where we were, since Stroud isn’t a threat to run, there was nothing there to force Michigan to keep a spy on him and reduce either the rush or the coverage.
  7. See, and just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse than 2002, they lost 119 in 2003.
  8. I couldn’t believe it either. That team played like crap yesterday. The coaching was absolute crap yesterday. Are we sure John Cooper wasn’t running the show yesterday? I’m not saying Ohio State should/would have won the game with a better showing, but it’d have been nice to look coherent.
  9. I’d sign up for that swap.
  10. Colorado offers Deion Sanders coaching job as Jackson State boss mulls options, per report
  11. I'd honestly be more worried about the monkeys flying out of my butt at that point.
  12. We got ding dong ditched last night. It was 9pm on a Saturday night and our indoor lights were on. Couldn't make out who it was on the ring camera. Good harmless fun. Gave me a chuckle.
  13. That would seem to be the most rational prediction. The only caveat to that is the difference in championship game assignments between the PAC12 & B10. Under the PAC12 arrangement, we would see a UoM vs OSU rematch in Indianapolis. But it probably doesn't matter because USC is likely to avenge its only loss which was slim and on the road at Utah.
  14. Cleveland Cavaliers vs Detroit Pistons
  15. Sure. As examples, dumping CastroH, CastroW, and Reyes despite the declared wishlist of a LHH IF and RHH OF. Technically the trio mentioned could fill those holes. But it could be argued pretty easily that those spots are still holes even if they were retained. Its good to expect better than we’ve seen the last seven seasons. I don’t know that getting things going into the right direction mean immediate improvement in standings at the major league level next season. But at the same time, it wouldn’t be difficult to improve upon last season.
  16. Admittedly I didn’t see USC vs Utah, so I am only going by the score. Michigan outplayed Ohio State, if not for the whole game, than certainly for the second half. Ohio State looked undisciplined and unprepared and Michigan took advantage of it. They flashed up the playoff predictions, I think it was late in the Oregon vs Oregon State game for 3rd and 4th. Somehow Ohio State had 86%, TCU had 40some %, then USC,…. I get TCU and USC have games to play yet. But TCU is undefeated headed into its conference championship. USC has the loss at Utah, but has its conference championship game after they beat Notre Dame tonight. Sure, either of TCU or USC could lose next week and OSU won’t lose next week. It’s just mind blowing to me that OSU would be considered so strongly for a playoff spot right now.
  17. I haven’t seen him. Given his off court issues, I don’t care about his talent. Just hard pass, please.
  18. Gross.
  19. Wait, are you saying USC’s loss at Utah by 1 point is the same as OSU’s loss at home to Michigan by multiple scores? I disagree.
  20. I was thinking walk away from here for a bit and get some fresh air.
  21. So, am I right at looking at the B10 West and seeing all of the 3s and 4s in the conference loss column amongst 5 teams and assuming that all 5 of those teams have a chance to "win" the division? And further, when has the loser of the B10 championship game been awarded a bowl appearance in Detroit?
  22. It was a lovely parallel of the game, wasn't it?
  23. The Big Ten West should be allowed to send an all star team just to make the championship game interesting.
