People of DC: I'm not there, but on TV weather doesn't *look* like out of range for cold inaugs. People aren't holding themselves as if trying to survive, etc. Doesn't look like Obama 2009, Carter 1976, of course Reagan 1985 Judging on the scale of *other cold inaugurations,* how cold does it feel? 2/2 Also, if goal was to disguise small crowd size, not really working.
