    I suspect that there will be another goal or two in final 15 minutes of the late games, but if not Poland will edge Mexico for 2nd on the 5th tiebreaker, which is fewer yellow cards.

    I'm not a fan of reverse retro jerseys, period. If I go to one game a year, soak in the whole experience, take a bunch of pics, I want to see the Winged Wheel and the Olde English D, not a red and black jersey with Detroit on it or Detroit Stars replicas.

    The Wings made a decent 3rd period push to try to get close, but fall 4-2.

    Wings were up 1-0 with a PP, didn't convert, and a few minutes later they were down 2-1. All downhill since then, although 4-1 scoreline is probably a bit harsh.

    Obviously this was going to happen. But let’s say JJ suffers season-ending injury against Purdue and and McNamara is now healthy, can he leave the portal for the CFP? Edit: did he have surgery already? I think I forgot about that. So he’s done for year anyways.

    Some good moments in this one. My favorite might be at the 3:14 mark, with fans getting up and headed to the aisles to leave while Edwards is still in the endzone after this 2nd long TD. I hope the distracted driver didn't drive off the road and up on to a sidewalk or something

    No, it’s very simple, IMO. Georgia, Michigan and TCU are all in, even if they lose their championship games. USC is in with a win, but if they lose OSU will probably jump them - I’d personally put a 2 loss USC in over OSU because the 2nd loss is a bonus game teams like OSU and Alabama don’t get to play.

    Right. Non-conference schedule of UAB, New Mexico and Southern. 27-point home loss to LSU. 4-point win over Auburn. 3-point win over Arkansas. Down by a TD tonight to Jimbo Fisher in 3rd quarter.

    The Civil War, in Oregon, or whatever we are allowed to call it now, is a good one. Beavers have come from 21 down and are in victory formation. An Oregon loss would open door for Utah or Washington into Pac 12 championship game?

    Another nice side perk of Michigan's win is we don't need to cheer for Notre Dame tonight. I'd be perfectly content with Georgia, Michigan, TCU, USC.

    Michigan is in. TCU is in, likely even if they lose next week. If USC goes 12-1, they will get in over Ohio State. What about if LSU beats Georgia (and TCU remains undefeated)? Only one of those two SEC teams should get to go over a 12-1 USC.

    Best Michigan win of my lifetime. I think they should jump Georgia for #1. A blowout victory over Top 10ish team at home, followed by a decisive win on the road over #2
