It's time for MLB to admit their mistake. They desperately wanted teams in Florida. It doesn't work there. In either league. Look how long it took the NHL to FINALLY admit defeat in Arizona, when people would have told you from about the 4th year that it wasn't going to ever work there. Nashville is begging for a team. Oakland would love to have a team (and go to court over who should own the rights to the name A's). I don't think there are too many other cities where it would work. Montreal? Maybe. Charlotte? I don't sense a clamoring for baseball there. Portland? No. Salt Lake City? Don't think so. Some perfectly good markets would not get approved by other teams over regional issues like Indianapolis (what a great spot for a team) and Northern New Jersey. It just feels like it's Nashville or Bust. They'd flip for a team there.

The Tampa Bay game was a fluky loss. The Lions doubled them in team yards 463-216. They were just out of synch in the red zone that day. This team could very easily be 10-0 right now. The Lions are so ****ing good that the league should give Tampa Bay an automatic playoff berth just for beating them.

The Lions, even without Hutch are better, MUCH better than most of those teams. To me the biggest threat was San Francisco but all that seems to be going right for us is going wrong for them. This team hasn't beaten Philly in a playoff game, but this team is breaking streaks constantly. I think the only thing that stops the Lions is an injury to Goff, or a series of injuries or something fluky. The Lions are the best team in the NFL and it's not even close. If Campbell had Jake Bates last year, he's not going for those 4th downs in that NFC Championship game, and they're winning that game.
