Now, companies all over the world will jack up prices even more claiming that shipments can't get out of the harbor in Baltimore, whether this is fact or not, it will certainly be used to gouge people even more with this Greeflation. Greedflation? Using the word inflation to falsely jack up prices to a degree far beyond the natural inflation. Yes, it costs Five Guys more to make a burger, but is it THAT much more? No, it's not. Not per burger. But any excuse to screw the consumer, right? And you bet they'll pin this all on Biden. The Republicans had Mike Dukakis holding the prison gate open for Willie Horton in 1988 (when it was a Republican Governor who signed the law that let him out), they'll have Biden steering the ship here. Hopefully Moderates and Independents won't be so dumb to believe it.

Michael Holcomb, the scumbag who sexually assaulted a 13 year old in Allen Park and two elderly women in my neighborhood was thwarted in a further attack of the 13 year old when a 7 year old girl helped her escape. He tried to lock both of them in the house. He'd gone to prison in 2010 for sexually assaulting a child in Dearborn Heights. He got paroled in 2018. The parole was discharged in 2020. Does anyone else here think someone who would sexually abuse a child should get more than 8 years in prison? I think they should get LIFE. People like that can't be cured. That's been proven. They just can't. The 13 year old was attacked in the home of a close relative of Holcomb, who knew his background. Just end this bastard.

My mom took me to see the first with Walter Matthau. I was the same age as the kids in the movie. She thought it would be a sweet kids movie about baseball. When it was over and she was driving us home she asked "Do you and your friends talk that way?" and my sheepish "No?" was all she needed to hear. As a grown up, Chris Barnes, the kid that played Tanner Boyle was ashamed about the bigoted language of Tanner and refuses to talk about the movie now. I'm 59. I plan on working until 68 or 70 (I like what I do). In the past the Republicans have talked about slashing or even ending Social Security, but you know and I know that's a 3rd Rail and they really wouldn't do it. That was in the past. This version of the Republican Party would absolutely do it if they had the chance. Why? Well, Own The Libs, of course. They are not capable of thinking long term. So I am worried that at some point between now and my death that they are going to get that chance, and keep in mind, this party is not reverting back to it's former pre-Trump standards anytime soon. It's going to take a generation for that to happen. So what happens? Do I get the money I put in back or do they just say "tough luck, you didn't get rich, that's your fault" Would the "anti-Socialsm" people who collect welfare, disability, Medicare/Medicaid, would they THEN turn on the Republicans or will the hate of the collective "those people" be too strong to even save themselves?

Whatever they do, Rob Manfred will **** it up. Somehow, someway. Dude's a disaster.

Bingo. They make you feel great. When I had back issues (I still do, I just learned to live with it), taking the opiods not only made me feel good, but I could get **** done. If there were no side effects, I'd say put it in the water, it'd make us a happier society. The bigger question is why do so many people need them in the first place? Why are so many of us hurting?
