I would guess that the band The New Pornographers (who I like) will be changing their name since their drummer got busted for child pornography. I mean, lets be honest -- the band is probably finished now because of this and will break up anyway as several of their members (Carl Newman, Neko Case, Todd Fancey) have music projects outside of the band anyway. They will probably all be damaged by this, even though they weren't aware of his issues. I remember the situation of Neko Case, who lived in a small town in Vermont. There was a fire at her house. Didn't total her house, but caused serious damage. She begged the local newspaper not to publish it was her house because of stalkers. They did anyway and she had to move to another town. It's tough on female musicians, they always have stalkers and it can get pretty scary for them.

Harris & Co can't play around here. Tigers are on fire right now, but they will slump at some point and this division is going to be close - you can't afford throwing games away just to save face. Swallow your pride, admit you made a mistake and then move on. I am guessing Chase Lee or Jordan Balazovic are the most likely with Foley being hurt. Lee's on the 40 man, so he's probably closer. Montero is a starter and they probably don't want to disrupt that. Enns has pitched okay, but he's not on the roster.

I don't think I've ever been more let down by a Red Wings season than this one. They've had worse teams, but you knew they were bad. This was just a total nightmare. As far as the 4-Nations thing goes. I don't think they should do it again during the season. That was the catalyst for the collapse. The lack of urgency at the trade deadline - yet again - didn't help either. Nobody wants to hear about draft capital anymore It was an underwhelming offseason and that is what played out. We all saw it. Achingly close to the playoffs last year and they didn't do much of anything.
