  1. Patterson misses the chip shot, 2nd time we've been inside the 5 and failed to score any points. Not good.
  2. Yeah don't really know what Goff was thinking there, just a mental lapse or something either way a disastrous result and major turn of events. Felt like we were on our way to going up 23-7 instead it's 16-14.
  3. Great finish to the half and although it wasn't perfect overall a pretty solid half of football especially after last week's disaster. BTW I can't believe Ameer Abdullah is still in the league, waiting for a Mikel Leshoure or Kerryon Johnson sighting next.
  4. At first glance the middle reminds me of those old shuffleboard courts you'd see at Senior homes or cruises.
  5. Speaking of all time prospects, Kareem Abdul Wembenyana looked pretty ordinary last night against the Clippers.
  6. A matchup between the best big man from the 2022 draft.... and Chet Holmgrem!
  7. I know this has been going on for awhile now but I really am noticing it this year, probably due to having two smaller franchises in it(I'm talking in terms of main stream relevance not market size) but its crazy how irrelevant and forgotten the WS has been treated by the general public and media. Like its clearly behind regular season NFL and NCAA and now with it running later along with NBA starting earlier it is behind that as well. Aside from actual baseball writers my Twitter feed is all about other sports with no mention of the World Series. Idk like I said I know this is an ongoing thing and giving the trend its not going to get any better any time soon but it really has hit home to me this year. Just makes me think back to my youth and even young adult years where the World Series was at the forefront of the Sports world when it started.
  8. I definitely can see some young pre injury McDyess in Duren.
  9. They may or may not be good this year but if all the young guys stay healthy they should atleast be entertaining. Cade, Ausar and Duren will be fun to watch.
  10. What a helluva finish here, electric!
  11. Of course soon as I say that Ivey gets rejected by the rim on a fastbreak windmill attempt.
  12. Yeah the spacing sucks but seeing those back to back possessions with the Ivey dunk and then the athletic finish by Ausar is a sight for sore eyes after seemingly years of not having athletic guards or wings.
  13. Agree about Gores being a douchebag but don't think it's necessarily fair to call him a bad owner atleast as of this point. I think maybe early on where the narrative was he was pushing for playoffs or bust at the sacrifice of our future you could question it but now he seems to be more hands off with the exception of the Monty hiring.
  14. In a league full of unlikable players Harden definetly stands alone in my eyes.
  15. I don't think I watched an All Star game since the one where all the Pistons came in and were playing defense like it was game 7 of the Finals but still this is good news to me for the off chance I tune into game.
  16. I think this is where the Morris injury comes into play, you couldve played him with Cade and not sacrificed outside shooting. Instead we get Killian.
  17. The Lions would lose 6+ times out of 10 any of the elite teams but that still leaves them with a 30-40% chance so if they get to the playoffs then that makes them Contenders in my eyes, especially if they end up with the bye and HFA. There have been quite a few teams that were around the Lions caliber that either won the whole thing or atleast made the SB so despite their flaws I still think they can make it.
  18. I was going to mention that but it wasn't exactly the type of play I was talking about, while not on the sideline it was still targeted from the numbers to the sideline. The plays I was talking about are more of the ones between the numbers or hashes, those generally give you the most space to utilize your speed for yac and generally easier to get separation to begin with cause you're not bounded by the sideline.
  19. I didn't watch the second half so maybe they tried then but from what I have seen in the 2 and a half games I watched Jamo is that the Lions are running most of his routes on the sidelines with very few crossing patterns in the middle of the field where I think he would be best utilized. I think back to the game in Lambeau last year, yeah it was called back but that TD he caught is the exact type of play I figured they would run most of the time with him. Much like KC did with Hill Idk maybe he has ran routes like that and just wasn't targeted but from what I can remember all his targets have come on the sidelines which I think doesn't play to his strengths.
  20. Not hyperbole to say this may be the worst half of football I've seen from an NFL team. The score is bad enough but even taking that away just the complete domination all around by the Ravens. So embarrassing.
  21. Shades of the Philly playoff game in 95. Came in thinking we were unstoppable than got demolished.
  22. This is embarrassing, I figured this would be a tough game and would've accepted a loss but not a route like this. Pathetic performance.
