  1. Stanley Umude channeling his inner Steph Curry here in the 2nd half to give the Pistons a 90-88 lead early in the 4th.
  2. Beef Stew continues to stroke it from deep, will he dare turn into a reliable threat from there? That would be a real bonus if he does.
  3. Henning retweeted a fake Pope Morosi account that said we are the favorites for Jung Ho Lee. Just giving everybody a heads up so they don't get excited like I did for those few moments before realizing it was fake.
  4. Kirilenko was such a beast back in his prime. I remember him and the Jazz in general always giving us fits.
  5. Probably the worst half of football by JJ since the Bowling Green game. Hasn't been terrible or anything but just been a little off on a bit of his throws, particularly after the first couple series.
  6. Whatever the case like Del said you'd think one of our crack journalists or beat writers would ask Monty about it but apparently they haven't.
  7. He looks like a completely different kid to me with the short haircut perhaps it's not the haircut that is doing that but instead he really is a completely diff kid disguised as Jaden Ivey.
  8. Victor went beast mode on the Suns particularly in the 4th when things got dicey for the Spurs. Reminded me of some of the times prime Lebron would just take over games by himself. Scary to think it was just his 5th or 6th game. Btw screw the NBA lottery!
  9. Don't remember Purdy but definitely was a big Mac Jones supporter but even though I supported him I thought he was more of a guy that would excel in the right circumstances(namely if SF took him at 3 that year) where as I think Levis has all the tools to succeed anywhere IF he limits the turnovers that plagued him so much in college. That's a big if though.
  10. After looking good last week Will Levis is off to another strong start against a tough Pittsburgh defense. The key with him has always been avoiding mistakes but maybe having NFL talent around him vs. having inferior talent around him(compared to the rest of the SEC) may help limit the turnovers we saw with him in college. Definitely looks the part thus far, throwing darts all over the field and just overall looking the part instead of looking like a rookie in is 2nd career game.
  11. I thought Sewell didn't look that good the previous couple weeks, particularly the overall disaster in Baltimore so this was a nice bounce back for him.
  12. Carmelo is one of if not THE most overrated player in NBA history in my eyes. A volume scorer that did nothing else who never really elevated his team or teammates. In fact many of his teams got better once he left or got hurt.
  13. I can't remember but isnt CJGJ gonna be back by the end of the year? If so between him and Houston coming back along with the Lions just having a really young team Holmes may feel that the team really isn't a finished product right now and should be even better as the year goes on so there wasn't as much of a need to try to improve from the outside.
  14. Im biased cause blue is my favorite color but I would like to see how those helmets would look paired with all blue unis. Im also a sucker for the solid 1 color look from head to toe so I think personally I would love it.
  15. I was gonna say it feels good not to make the "bye by 3 TDs" or something of that nature joke but it appears we have already moved on to other jokes.
  16. I may have too but considering the Bears are likely going to be picking in the 30s in the 2nd round and us in the 50s we'd have to give up more than that to get Washington to take our offer over theirs.
  17. It was nice to see the OL coach get some love and TV time last night. He may have been talked about in passing on a previous broadcast but that was the first time I can remember him really getting any real attention. Considering how well the line has played despite the injuries it is well deserved.
  18. I also think some of the mistakes were pretty flukey, the Goff pick 6 was just a rare mental error by him where it appeared he just wanted to throw it away but inexplicably tossed it too softly, then the Craig Reynolds "fumble" where he gets the ball stripped out when he is lying down with a bunch of guys around him then the holding call by a third string O lineman that took a way a walk in TD. If all 3 or even 2 of the 3 don't happen and we're looking at a 4 to 5 TD victory where we out gain the opponent 3 to 1.
  19. 2nd largest yard differential all season in the NFL behind only the Dolphins Broncos game where Miami scored 70. They definitely should have won by more for sure but a few mistakes shouldn't take away from an otherwise dominating performance.
  20. I don't think it was a poorly played game at all, maybe a few mistakes but they moved the ball at will and only gave up 1 sustained drive on defense. I mean they gained 500 yards and gave up less than 150, I have no idea how you can call that a poorly played game.
  21. Patterson misses the chip shot, 2nd time we've been inside the 5 and failed to score any points. Not good.
  22. Yeah don't really know what Goff was thinking there, just a mental lapse or something either way a disastrous result and major turn of events. Felt like we were on our way to going up 23-7 instead it's 16-14.
  23. Great finish to the half and although it wasn't perfect overall a pretty solid half of football especially after last week's disaster. BTW I can't believe Ameer Abdullah is still in the league, waiting for a Mikel Leshoure or Kerryon Johnson sighting next.
  24. At first glance the middle reminds me of those old shuffleboard courts you'd see at Senior homes or cruises.
