I hope Seattle's playoff hopes hinge somehow on Minnesota winning and the Lions beats Minnesota to eliminate Seattle. We did them bitches a favor last year and they didn't return it.
I don't think the Packers schedule is as easy as people make it. They have to play Tampa who is leading their division, they still play Minnesota whose fighting for the playoffs, and they still play the Bears who are an improved team.
I think next year is the last year for Goff. There doesn't seem to be any real reports of mutual interest in an extension and I don't get drafting a backup QB in the 3rd round. That's a wasted pick if you think Goff is your future QB especially when the QB you drafted is 25.
No, it's Goff's fault. When Goff is good it's because of Ben Johnson, Todd Gurley, Jonah Jackson, Sean McVay etc. When Goff is bad it is because of Goff.
The entitlement by the Chiefs gets me. They see to finally acknowledge begrudgingly that Toney was offside but he should have been warned. It's not the refs job to make sure you line up correctly. You can ask the ref but he is under no obligation to move you before the ball is snapped.
Yeah that's why I was thinking. They were trying to get the Lions to jump and pick up 5 yards but also had an option where they would snap the ball and take the free play if they got it.
A core that beat a weak Giants team and a 49ers team without a QB who could throw the ball. It's also a team that lost both of its coordinators (which I'm told here is the key to all the Lions success.
The 4th and 10 was basically a punt. The Lions benefited from it being picked off vs incomplete. The 2nd one was a 4th and 24 desperation heave. Even the fumble I would put at 50/50 between him and Glasgow. Glasgow double clutched it but Goff had a chance to still take it.
