  1. Seattle is a good fit. Their interior OL is bad and he will probably be the starter.
  2. It's "worth up to $4.5 million." Probably some incentives packed in there.
  3. Glasgow really takes the Evan Brown role. He can play guard and backup at C.
  4. If Glasgow is a starter, that means 4/5 of a very good offensive line was drafted by Bob Quinn. Have to admit, he knew how to draft offensive linemen.
  5. The egregious moves he has made, even ones there were egregious at the time have been relatively minor. I still don't know what the thought process was on Trinity Benson. The multiple extensions of Anazalone are annoying but it's not really dragging the team down.
  6. Yeah I don't know how a player can gain 9 pounds in two weeks and become so out of shape he can't complete workout drills and still expect to be a top pick.
  7. Here I thought he was going to be totally exonerated.
  8. Michael Vick was drafted the same year Stroud was born. How time flies.
  9. Kinda wanted the Lions to sign Rapp. He had a connection with Holmes.
  10. I wish I had the confidence of Bears fans. After their 3 win season, they think they are favorites to win the division.
  11. I'm surprised someone as sensitive as Aaron Rodgers would go to New York.
  12. The Lions have four picks in the first two rounds of the draft. They don't need to address all their needs in free agency.
  13. Run on running backs now.
  14. I'll go out on a limb and say that three year is effectively more like a two year deal like the Montgomery contract. Looking at it from a pure football perspective, I think Montgomery is the better player and glad the Lions spent more. Every indication is Montgomery is a good clubhouse guy so that won't affect the team. I think it's all about the fans emotional attachment to Williams and they will get over it.
  15. I have a feeling Williams overplayed his hand. He and the Lions were far apart so the Lions moved on and the rest of the league valued him the same as the Lions. The Saints seem like a good fit. I'm not sure where they keep finding money though.
  16. Giants like former Lions receivers. First Tate, then Golladay, now Chark.
  17. There was a time when the Lions were heavily interested in Johnson. May be worth taking a flyer on.
  18. Weird how no one mentioned character issues with Anderson and you still brought up character issues. The only player character issues were being discussed was Carter. On top of that, I didn't even quote you. Someone else quoted you and brought up Carter and yet you didn't respond to them. You responded only to me and then complain about a pissing match. You can go piss off.
  19. I would be shocked at this point if the Lions drafted Carter in any round.
  20. I would have liked to re-sign Elliot. The Lions rely on the safeties in run defense. Elliot was inactive for that game against Carolina.
