  1. I thought they didn't find a disabled car nearby? How far did he walk then?
  2. Right because you have no political agenda.
  3. Chas inferred it was fake which is what I was referencing. I don't know how many airlines are in Europe. The headline didn't say all airlines in Europe experiencing shortages. The irony here is you call out my faults yet YOU clicked on the link because YOU have a political agenda to try to prove me wrong so it also worked in making YOU click on the link. Mission accomplished.
  4. So the headlines says "airlines that dropped mask mandates now suffering staff shortages." The article referenced airlines, as in plural, that cancelled flights. It sited 4% of flights cancelled which is 4 times as may during this time period in 2019. It cited the CEO of the airline who stated cancellations were up due to staff shortages related to COVID. Exactly what the headline said. It didn't say mass shortages, it said shortages which is accurate. First the article was fake and a joke. Now it's clickbait.
  5. What is clickbait about it?
  6. No, it's a real article. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/airlines-face-mask-covid-rules-flights-canceled/ Appears it's overseas airlines. Conclusion: Not a joke.
  7. Funny how Trump doesn't want to debate the guy who apparently has no idea where he's at.
  8. Also remember that the Rams traded the 2nd overall pick to Washington in the RGIII trade for three 1st round picks. They also traded multiple 1st round picks for Goff before they started traded picks for veterans. When they traded for Cooks, they were coming off an 11 win season in which they won the division. They weren't coming off a 3 win season when they started trading picks for veterans.
  9. Not interested. Stick to the plan.
  10. The Lions can attempt to work out a draft day trade that hinges on what Jacksonville does. If the Lions could get a mid to late 1st I would do it.
  11. How many teams would have two dominant tackles that could neutralize the other teams pass rusher no matter what side of the field they are on? Lets not pretend we knew Donald was going to go on to be this dominant. 12 teams passed on him. I would also think the guy that was in the room who drafted Donald can be trusted to draft another OT if he so chooses. I also understand the irony that the Rams drafted an OT 2nd that year as well.
  12. I'm saying arguably the best player in this draft is an OT and Decker, while good, should exactly preclude the Lions from getting a tackle. It's like the argument the Lions should have taken Donald when they already had Suh.
  13. Rappaport is reporting it. Not sure if this is speculation on his part or not.
  14. No. We have two franchise tackles for the foreseeable future with a young franchise center. The Lions would potentially have a dominant offensive line for years to come. I would rather draft the best prospect in the draft than draft a good prospect.
  15. Apparently Debbo wants out of SF because of how he is being used and not because of money. I would hold off on the grand illusions of the Lions using him as a combo WR-RB.
  16. I keep thinking back to Breaking Bad when Walt and Jesse take Saul out in the desert. Saul says something like it wasn't me it was Ignacio. I think we know now what that means. I believe he also asked if Walt and Jesse were the Salamancas. Jesse was working with Crazy 8 who Saul represented and helped turn into an informant. I'm not sure Jesse necessarily needed to be in contact with Saul prior to when they were first out in the desert. Saul didn't recognize Jesse but did recognize Walt as Mr. Mayhew.
  17. I'm definitely in the take Neal and trade Decker for a pick camp. I just don't think it's realistic.
  18. Guy has one great year and he wants $25 million a year and probably cost multiple picks. I'll pass. The Lions need to stay the course and avoid the shiny new objects.
  19. It's always best practice to wear a mask in Cleveland regardless of pandemic.
  20. My company does the discussions for diversity and inclusion and usually it's for minorities, women, LGBTQ, etc. Well, apparently they are having one for the white male experience. Guessing some insecure white men complained. I signed up because this is probably going to be good. I'm going to secretly record it on my phone. I may be a social media star after seeing the airing of grievances this will no doubt become.
  21. I remember the days of Ebola when Obama was suppose to resign after two Americans died, and Chris Christie quarantined that woman right at the airport. Fast forward 6-8 years and a million Americans have died and those same people are complaining about wearing a mask.
  22. I drove to California before. I have to say, I wish I had a mask when I drove through Nebraska. The whole state smelled like cow shit.
  23. If it's hard to breath with a little piece of cloth over your face, you could wear an oxygen mask instead.
  24. I think it's going to be simple and it will be Hutchinson or Thibodeaux, whoever Jacksonville doesn't take. Last year they drafted an OT over a WR and QB. They proceeded to draft two DL with their next two picks. I'm getting the sense they want to build from the lines out. I also get the feeling they will not be drafting a WR with the 32nd pick. Between Holmes and Dorsey, they have drafted something like 12 receivers between them and only one was a 1st round pick. These two found receivers like Tyreek Hill, Cooper Kupp and St Brown in later rounds.
