    Eberflus needs to call a timeout and go to plan B. It's insane a coach lets the clock expire down 3 without using a timeout or attempting a FG.

    Ben Johnson has no history of developing a young QB. He took a veteran QB who had previous success and built him back up. This offense relies a lot on Goff making presnap reads and throwing with timing and anticipation. Will that work with a young QB?

    Vildor only allowed two catches for 14 yards. That pass interference penalty was total BS. He actually played well this game.

    If they beat the Packers, they pretty much eliminate them from the division. Green Bay and Minnesota still play, so one of them will lose. A win against the Packers would be huge because it would help in conference tiebreakers and division tiebreakers.

    If Davis comes back, I still think this defense is better than the defense that ended the season last year.

    If you are going to make wholesale changes, now would be the time, like Sheila did in 2020. You give yourself a headstart on your GM search and putting together candidates.

    Alexander has a 90 PFF grade in the few snaps he's played this year. He played for the Saints when Glenn and Campbell were there, so he's familiar with the system.

    I think it's funny a team that never fires coaches midseason sends him out there to do a press conference and then fires him.

    I'll be honest, I would consider Eberflus for defensive coordinator if Glenn moves on. His defenses have largely been good.

    I'm reminded of the Cowboys-49ers playoff game a couple years ago where the Cowboys ran a QB draw but it took too long and the clock ran out before they could spike it.

    That 49ers team was not good. They were without Purdy, Trent Williams, Bosa, and others. Even when they had those guys, they weren't great.

    I’m not seeing the big guns confirmed this, but I’m shocked Campbell or Glenn haven’t fired for almost losing.

    Kansas City needed a last second FG to beat Carolina. The Bears, even after this loss, have a positive point differential. They don’t get blown out.
