You can't agree with me, its not allowed here. I think if you look at everyone you will see it might be more of a demographic thing. I think most, if not all of you here are big city democrats from Chicago, Detroit, NY/NJ etc. Their way of thinking about politics is a lot different. I bet if we took a poll here the majority would favor doing away with the electoral college. The people from the big cities don't like the little guy to interfere with their way of thinking. I'm just a suburban conservative a sharing my opinion but that opinion isn't welcome by the big city dems which is quite normal.

Since I don't follow the liberal handbook like everyone else here then you figure I'm trying to start a fight? I enjoy respectfully discussing and debating issues but since my views aren't from your handbook then respectfully doesn't happen much here. I'll just start agreeing with everything here so I don't hurt the delicate snowflake feelings.

When someone goes for an officer's weapon they are putting themselves in a very bad position. They are basically giving themselves a death sentence. If they were to get the weapon its only to use it on the officer. One of the biggest problems I see is that today are officers are alone. I remember when there were usually two officers to a car. If there were two officers involved they most likely would be able to get the bad guy under control without hurting anyone. The agencies are saving money on manpower and this is what's happened.

I don't look at it as I'm feeding the trolls. Its a decent conversation and I point out issues to them they either don't see or refuse to see.

You should watch closer for the signs. Yesterday after a speech, Biden shook hands with the air and was lost leaving the stage. Its really just sad that his family would put him and the country in this position. As for Trump, his current cognitive skills don't matter because he is nothing more than a private citizen. Biden is the POTUS so its a big deal. Also, I don't know if Trump took a cognitive test or not but I do know Biden refuses and for good reason.

I could be wrong but I'm not aware of any Republicans in office that are showing symptoms of dementia besides Biden an Feinstein. You haven't been paying attention if you know who my favorite defeated POTUS is. If you are referring to Trump, he does have his issues but he doesn't show signs of dementia.

There's a lot of stories about players being generous with fans to get balls back. I liked the one last year when Mookie Betts got the ball back for a Reds player. Betts traded his own bat for the ball.

Meadows offense is good but I'm not excited about the fielding. A good OF would of caught a couple of those balls earlier in the game. Its still early so hoping its just getting used to the park and team. Biggest miracle today is that the game didn't get rained out.

Any time Victor is chasing down a fly ball I get nervous. He makes routine flies look like a tough catch.

We were looking at building a new house. If the price wasn't bad enough the builder said it would take 12 to 18 months to complete because of shortages.

You probably right that they never create any good in our lives but their policies do impact us. The biggest thing impacting us currently is inflation. The rising costs hit us all but it affects some more than others. I don't want to cut things out. I just end up paying more but it gives me something to complain about.

I'm glad its working for you but how much is due to the current admin? Working from home is great for those who can do it and it can save money. My wife works from home and I think she works more than she did when she went to an office everyday. She does like it better.

Without getting too personal how are you better off? I've noticed the higher prices of everything. Fortunately we can afford it but theres a lot of people who can't. I went to the grocery store yesterday and 2 full paper bags cost $106. Gas fill up on my truck was $80. That a lot more than we've ever paid. I looked at flights to florida and they were over $700 each and that was double a year ago. Thats just personal costs and not talking about borders, foriegn relations, women's rights issues or the state of the country.

Out of 27 innings played so far this season, the Tigers have only held the lead for one inning. It would be nice to change that against Boston.

I know you're talking about Trump but it also doesnt say much for the current administration since the country and world were much better off before 1/20/21. Things sure have gone to hell since then.

Being a black woman on the Supreme Court will inspire an extremely small group of people. The democrats make a way bigger deal out of it than it is. The bigger deal is how racist and sexist their criteria is. If Brown wants to really inspire people and make her legacy on the SCOTUS a positive one, she will make sound decisions based on the Constitution instead of making decisions based on sex, race and the liberal agenda. Unfortunately, I don't think she even knows what the Constitution is.

I like Hill and think he has more potential than Reyes but he needs to stay healthy. I like Greene, Grossman, Baddoo and Hill in the OF and was hoping to see them start the season that way. What do I know because I thought Daz had a good spring but according to Hinch he needs to work on everything.
