Its not an argument. If you dont know the difference between firearms its best to educate yourself so you won't look foolish. Assult rifle is a term someone gave a firearm because they are afraid of how it looks. It doesn't work any different than any other semi auto firearm. If you don't like firearms, afraid of them or don't know how to use one its best to stay away from them. We don't need another Alec Baldwin.

A person can sell a used firearm at anytime. Laws are different for rifles and handguns. When purchasing a new firearm a person has to have a background check. If you buy it for someone else and do not disclose it that's called a straw purchase and its illegal. I think the person who provided the rifle to Rittenhouse is facing charges.

That's not legal in michigan. You sign that you're not buying the firearm for someone else.

What it came down to was Martin was on top of Zimmerman beating his head on the concrete. He did what most people would do that had a firearm. i don't know why anyone would be dumb enough to fight with someone today. More people than ever carry a firearm for protection. Fighting is dumb anyway. They're never any winners.

Zimmerman had significant injuries to justify his actions. Michigan laws are basically the same. If your life is in danger or you are in danger of great bodily harm any amount of force including lethal force is justified. Its also justifiable to save someone else's life. If you or a family member was attacted would you lay down and die or fight back?

He still has a right to defend himself

Its not right to compate three different situations. Brown went for the officers gun. The officer did nothing wrong and protected himself. Anyone who goes for an officers gun is going to be in a world of hurt. Zimmerman is a private citizen who used lethal force when attacked. He is probably less than an upstanding citizen but still has a right to protect himself. Floyd is a totally different situation.

I bet you were Ok with it when the dems were running impeachment hearings based on false information, pushing a fake dossier and holding up budget votes. Its no longer about the people or the country. Its about party and power and its one thing the dems do better.

I don't think there is any chance Biden will run again. I also don't see Harris as the nominee either although she will give it a try. She isn't well liked and right now she's the perfect VP for Biden. If Republicans get control of the House and Senate they'll never impeach Biden because Harris is a worse option. If dems can't come up with someone better in 24 they are in trouble.

Who knows whats in the "human infrastructure" bill. The entire thing is a joke. What budget does $450K payments to illegals come from?

Add me to the believe it won't happen list. I don't think the Tigers are willing to commit to a deal like that yet. They have a history of big deals not panning out so I think they are more likely to sign a guy like A. Simmons for a year than do a big long term deal. That's my two cents and now they might sign Correa tomorrow???

Whatever pitchers they get they Al needs a win. His track record with FA pitcher signings isn't the best. Granted he's been look at low end but he's picked some real duds. Fiers might of been the best but he's still got Zimmerman, Mark Lowe and a few others like that on his record.
