I would agree, Greene makes the team unless he strikes out over the next 15 at bats. Tork is still on the fence. If he improves his play over the next week he will probably go north with the team. If his play decreases, he will start in Toledo.
The CBA promises to be a very interesting topic in the coming months. It may turn the negotiations upside down in the future...if there is a future in baseball.
I'm still on the fence. He gave up a lot of hits/inning last year which ballooned his ERA. Maybe someone can find the Red Sox range factor compared to the league last year to see if his defense was a little slow.
This is only partly true. Although I was able to pitch my way to semipro status, I was told I would never be able to advance any farther because my hands were too small. You do have to have the physical shape.
