good loss. keep it up! -
most of the contenders have no space left and there are better options out there than a guy who cant make it out of the ahl because of personal issues. he has talent, maybe some team thinks they can help him better than the wings? i think if he gets dealt its in the summer. but we shall see.
-
they also traded away christian wood in that deal. wood, a first round pick and a second round pick for stewart, trevor ariza and a second round pick.

The Pistons set heavy protections on the future first-round pick, which is now owed to the Thunder: 1-16 in 2021 and 2022, 1-18 in 2023-24, 1-13 in 2025, 1-11 in 2026 and 1-9 in 2027. If Detroit has not conveyed a first-rounder to OKC by 2027, it will instead convey its 2027 second-round pick to OKC.

i dont think you can separate stewart and bey from the assets you gave up to get them. im not saying you said that. like you said, i too question his asset management and roster construction more than anything. you didnt need to trade those assets for bey/stewart. what did bey/stewart bring the franchise in the long run? wiseman and a backup big project on a team full of backup bigs. and theyre not cheap anymore. we'll see. wiseman has projectability at the very least. hopefully he turns out to be the rim running skilled big we need.

i think baez will want out so he'll try harder this year in order to opt out after this season. that'll give em another win or two.
-
i didnt laugh. but i do think they'll be better than 63 this year. not by much though.
-
just another reminder how stan van gundy set the franchise back a decade.
-
stanley johnson has cleared waivers.
-
its pretty obvious they arent happy with something about vrana. i suspect he'll be next to impossible to move given his lack of production and salary. he was on waivers and no one touched him, why would anyone now give up assets for him? seems far fetched to me. if he wants to rebuild trust with the team - and rebuild his career - he'll toe the line and get his act together on and off the ice. if not, c'est la vie. not every trade works out.
-
if the lions are a success story next year, i anticipate we will lose glenn and johnson.
-
i hope it sticks. theyre finally playing better (level of competition caveats apply) but could really use that scoring.
-
pecota has us at 63 wins....but not last place!
-
$600 or $28,000. good luck on your ace....
-
from tom izzo's basement...
-
bertuzzi playing well. what might have been if bert were healthy and vrana had his head together.
-
larkin with a great move on the breakaway for another goal. zadina, otoh, had a one on one and - surprise - shot it right at the goalie.
-
i dont know why theyre rated lower than the vikings. the vikings are going to have rebuild that whole team other than justin jefferson.
-
yes, but the pistons made the playoffs in 1999, so maybe not. who could forget the christian laetner/loy vaught pistons?

good loss. i see killian turned back into killian. -
larkin also has a no trade clause. so he would have to agree to a trade. larking brings back a first, a decent young player, and a good prospect. bertuzzi rumors are heating up a bit. dallas mentioned. edmonton too but they have no room. we'd have to take salary back.
-
cross hanas with shoulder surgery. out for the rest of the season.
-
who has been a bigger disappointment? stanley johnson or justice winslow?
-
would you accept an old stay at home defenseman, plus secondary prospects, plus draft picks for dylan larkin?
