  1. good win over a good team. that neddy trade looking like another yzerman steal.
  2. so what's the solution? mandatory vaccination every nine months?
  3. if a woman thinks its ok to have an abortion in the 8th month of pregnancy, does that mean its ok? i would argue no. and historically, women's positions on abortion are only slightly more favorable toward it than men. as you might guess, a lot of men are BIG abortion fans cause they dont want to have babies when they have casual sex.
  4. i know cade is great and everyone loves him, but it would be nice if he started to make 40% of his shots...
  5. neddy looking really good tonight.
  6. fabbri for a red wings winner!
  7. it could always be worse, you could be watching the pistons.
  8. neddy! neddy! neddy!
  9. he's been demoted down the line to playing on the third pairing. that's how bad he's been. i dont think he's long for the team.
  10. great pass by bertuzzi.
  11. lucas raymond!!!!!
  12. not impressed with hronek.
  13. lol. ras tries to get physical and gets a slashing penalty out of it. use your body my friend!
  14. pickett is the first qb off the board at #4. strange mock probably designed to get attention, but you never know. yhe draft is a long way away.
  15. who is dan renouf?
  16. i didnt follow the trial, but that seemed to be a clear cut case of murder.
  17. you brought up abortion with respect to illinois, not me. and i wasnt trolling you, i think an abortion is killing a baby. its legal, but that's what it is. people just change the language to make themselves feel better that its just a medical procedure and no big deal.
  18. he needs to pick up his skating and use his size effectively. he's a big guy who plays small. he should be running into guys and pushing guys around, and instead he's always getting checked and being passive. he should be a bigger version of bertuzzi or at the very least tomas homlstrom. but he's not. not even close.
  19. i think ohio state and bama and clemson and the sec schools realize what college football really is in 2021: the minor leagues. and they have worked within the current system to take advantage of it. and im not saying "they all cheat and michigan is pure", i dont believe that for a second (although i think most of those schools do pay players and michigan probably has boosters who do too), but rather those schools can deal more effectively with their admissions and university to get marginal kids in and smooth over some of the rough edges on kids. i think theres part of harbaugh that still thinks michigan "doesnt play those games and kids are here to go to school" (as evidenced in his comments about michigan when he was stanford's head coach) and that might be the right thing to do for the kids, but is probably not the best way to get a top 5 recruiting class and keep them.
  20. i think he's definitely slown down on the recruiting stuff. he came in like a house on fire and now he seems much more reserved. but he has put a younger, seemingly more aggressive staff to help in that regard. i dont know if we'll see the fruits of that in this class, but potentially down the road. where the really need to get better is in their nil usage and their transfer portal policies. but i still think a lot of that is out of their hands. if admissions is going to be a stickler for stuff, theyre not going to get a lot of these kids. xavier worthy to texas was a killer for them. kid just got tired of waiting for admissions to approve him so he went to texas. and texas is a good school! i think that happens to michigan more than it needs to.
  21. so not birth, right? just at the moment modern medicine could keep the baby alive on its own? so about 20-24 weeks? i'm pretty sure most countries have a prohibition on abortions after that time period. likewise, almost all abortions in the us occur before that time. i'd be fine with a national ban on abortions after 20 or 22 weeks. would you? the "heartbeat bill" are too extreme, imo. even as someone who hates abortion and the way we talk about it sometimes, it is still legal and occasionally necessary and i cant agree with those bills.
  22. i think its more likely they will re-negotiate and he'll stay. unless harbaugh wants out and wants to go back to the nfl. which is always a possibility.
