  1. Haven’t seen Goff this rattled since 2021
  2. He got the worse end of it but that sure looked like a 15yd penalty live
  3. Nine points is nothing compared to what this offense CAN do…. But they haven’t done it sans the drive to end the first half
  4. Guys not named Sutton getting burned in coverage? I’m shocked
  5. Turnover #3 Keep expecting to win games with three turnovers and you’ll be disappointed more often than not
  6. Win or lose I’m really tired of seeing our C-game and saying “just wait until we play our A-game!”
  7. Flag came out after the ball was thrown 50 yards in the opposite direction
  8. Just like I said after the second pick. Don’t worry, we’ll be up at the half. You don’t see it? Must have forgotten to press submit.
  9. I think it speaks to how good Goff has been that it took until week 11 for this post
  10. It’s livelier here than it was Monday Night
  11. I hope this isn’t Glenn’s idea of “figuring things out”
  12. Butter meet knife. Reminiscent of week 17 last year to start. Hopefully to finish too
  13. Charles Harris is a captain again. He must be some kind of vocal leader because he doesn’t do **** on the field.
  14. No surprises this week. Green replaces DPJ.
  15. Before this year he’d missed four games in three years. Probably premature to call him injury prone, especially when they may be just conserving him knowing we have Green Bay in four days. That said, his situation will provide a look at what Holmes will prioritize in making this operation sustainable. Do you give him big money that he’s earned or let him walk and take the comp pick? Fraley has shown an ability to coach up good players like Glasgow and make them great. Yet, we wouldn’t be as good as we are without having arguably the best offensive line in football. Having all five guys on the line be on large deals probably isn’t sustainable (right now only Ragnow and Decker are), so they’ll have to look elsewhere somewhere. Given Ragnow’s toe, I think Sewell is probably the only guarantee to be on the line three years from now.
  16. I’m pretty sure they changed the interpretation of intentional grounding a few years ago. They don’t want officials officiating intent anymore. Oxymoronic when ruling on intentional grounding. But if he’s (a) in the pocket, (b) not hit such as to impact an otherwise legal throw, and (c) the ball isn’t within ~7 yards of the nearest eligible receiver, they want the flag thrown. They used to “forgive” QBs who weren’t under pressure and threw to a spot where no one was, because the receiver ran the wrong route. For better or worse that’s no longer the case.
  17. I expect an extremely close game. Michigan is the better team, but playing without their head coach matters.
