  1. Yes, by his ex-wife and their daughter for lack of child support. I don't think they were ever married but I may be wrong on that. I worked with his "ex-wife" for nearly 30 years. I want to say the daughter's name is Rhonda if I remember correctly.
  2. A great many of them moved to Metro Detroit and worked in the automotive industry. Magnus von Braun - Wernher's brother - was an executive at Chrysler in Macomb County. Many of them were still in the workforce in one capacity or another up until the 1980's.
  3. I don't know. It appears to be a computation based on an opinion or is that an opinion based on a computation? πŸ€ͺ
  4. What does Rusty Staub have to do with it? πŸ˜‰
  5. Tyrus was/is George Hunter of the Detroit News.
  6. That's what I thought! I couldn't find a box score with the correct information.
  7. Since no Tigers pitcher pitched with the lead I assume Skubal was awarded the win based on a "scorer's decision"?
  8. What immigration laws are you referencing?
  9. What's with the striped bats? McKinstry is using an orange bat with black stripes. I thought that was illegal?
  10. Klaatu barada nikto.
  11. So our big get is a guy from the Utica Unicorns?
  12. Wonders what all the fuss is about?
  13. β€œThe two of them deserve each other. One's a born liar and the other's convicted.” Billy Martin
  14. That Congressman actually used the words "expansion population." Is that what they're calling the "surplus population" nowadays? The Speaker of the House said "We find dignity in our work..." which has been phrased in the past as arbeit macht frei.
  15. At last, someone has seized the means of production. πŸ˜‰
  16. Trump already did that. Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection and Other Rights Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
  17. I don't know but I'm glad he did. My guess is the majority of the people weren't quite as far gone as they are now. There were only 5 years of indoctrination via Fox news during the 2020 election. There have been now 10+ years of non-stop Trump coverage - most of it positive. All those people are gone. Like I said it before - those people are like The Walking Dead. They aren't coming back and the next step is the grave. The sad thing is the contagion is still being passed down to the succeeding generations.
  18. You are correct but..... 340 million people in America. 77 million did vote for it. 90 million did not vote against it. 73 million are not eligible to vote (under 18, incarcerated, not a citizen, etc.) 77 + 90 + 73 = 240 / 340 = 70.5% I guess I was off by 4.5%. 😁
