  1. I was listening to the audio podcast version of Meet the Press today, and noted something quite.... well They have Rep Jim Clyburn as a guest. She asks him all sorts of questions, whatever pretty non-memorable interview. The last question Kirsten Walker asked Jim Clyburn was: "You know it's Easter, what is your message about bipartisanship? Is it possible...? " Next interview, Rep Don Bacon. I've heard this guy on C-SPAN dozens of times, I know him by his voice. He's actually one of the more sane ones I hear come on C-SPAN. Anyways.... not a single question to him about bipartisanship. Why? Oh it's because the media expects the Democrats to be bipartisan and expects the Republicans to not be, and that helps the Republicans.
  2. I haven't heard anything about it for 2024 but definitely know about the significance of the date amongst radical groups.
  3. it does seem like Trump is going basement camp pain for the last couple weeks but not super sure that's the reason.
  4. coincidentally hash bash is soon
  5. definitely agree there!
  6. I suspect he can't do this anymore, but Bill Clinton absolutely crushed the speech he gave at 2008 DNC. It fired me the hell up at that time.
  7. I know a number of folks that live in the a2 neighborhoods by cobblestone farm & the mallet creek library and they lose power so often, it's really unbelievable. I also hope they get it stabilized a bit.
  8. THe dude I heard was Ken Harbaugh and he's putting out a film on veterans involved in J6 on apple TV
  9. The article doesn't say they want the increases to respond to Green policies, which probably means they will want that in addition to this. According to the article: DTE officials have said the rate increase is needed to invest in its grid and improve service reliability.
  10. fyi, dude's literally running a purity contest in the gaza thread. Just more trolling.
  11. comparing a month of viewers to < 24 hours of viewers is also super honest and not at all what a troll would do
  12. cool comparison if you pretend to not know how the internet and social media works
  13. I'm intrigued that we don't know who the MSM is but we know their narrative and what doesn't fit it
  14. me neither my assumption was that mainstream media would be the stuff most people consume but maybe not
  15. so not the TV shows & newspapers no one reads?
  16. Similarly, next time someone asks for evidence of accusations you just made, we can just troll nonsensically
  17. And it's a blue state.
  18. as always evidence of accusations is welcome
  19. If someone posts a video on twitter and their algorithm blasts its to millions of people why are we talking about cable news bias when like 4 people watch that boomer ****
  20. Evidence of your accusation is welcome so is evidence of who mainstream media is. Twitter has more users than cable news shows have viewers, is popularity related to mainstreamness?
  21. I'm not seeing the connection between certain posters and whether the MSM (not sure who that is) picked up the protester yelling terrible things in the video.
  22. Maybe the MSM, whomever they are, investigated the video and didn't find sufficient corroboration to meet their editorial standards?
  23. LOL at thinking "the MSM", whatever that is, should report on a person screaming at a protest I noticed it was on twitter which as more users than most cable news shows which i guess are MSM have viewers
  24. Republic party when Twitter wasn't owned by Musk: BIAS! ELECTION INTERFERENCE! Republic party when Twitter is owned by Musk, who is explicitly anti-biden, endorses candidates, and RT'ing known white supremacists, etc: CRICKETS Goes to show the old adage, it's not tyranny when the republic party does it
