I still want Debrincat but since that seems out of the question I want Barlow, who seems like the best pure goal scorer available right now. Edit: Maybe it's Perrault that's the best natural goal scorer still left on the board.

Matthew Wood seems to be both a hybrid wing/centre. What is he projected to play at in the NHL? Centre, no?

Oh, Wood still available. I'd be tempted to take him if we're going to play him at wing not centre. I thought he'd be gone by now, but he's still there.

Whichever one produces more points and scores more goals. Barlow scored 46 goals and 79 points in 59 games in the OHL. Seems like the natural goal scorer we need.

Honzek or Barlow seem like perfect choices for us to pass on and take defenceman instead of either of them. I trust Stevie Y a lot, but would love a pure power forward goal scorer like Barlow here. I'd love for Benson to fall to us, but I don't expect him too.

I don't think based on what Stevie said earlier that we'll be trading for Debrincat tonight. His comments from tonight make it sound like he wants to keep amassing prospect talent versus trading young assets for NHL-ready guys.

Do you feel like we got a jack of all trades, master of none type player here with Danielson?

He seems like one of those smart players that does everything well, but maybe nothing elite. He'll be a solid two-way player that they love I think and give them a strong guy up front. They needed size at the position and they got that.
