Once again making up players that don't exist to call a penalty on. Who is #10? Edit, they corrected it.

Montgomery running today and Moton's playcalling reminds me of the Scott Linehan days. 1st down run 2 yards, 2nd down run 2 yards, 3rd down pass.

Finally a defensive stop. Hutch with a big takedown of JJ there.

Then put Montgomery in to block because he offers better protection than Gibbs. Run a two back sets to get an extra blocker in there. Run bubble screens, quick, short plants, quick outs to the sideline. Get the ball out quick and don't let Goff hold it long.

Just an ugly day all around. The offense looks terrible. Goff is running for his life and not getting good protection. JJ is carving up the defense. Now Taylor Decker probably broke his back. Barry Sanders retired via fax. Calvin Johnson quit. Ugly day.

This and the Green Bay game are the worst of Morton's career as far as offensive playcalling goes. They look stuck in neutral today.

This team hasn't made adjustments at all in the second half. Offense looks lackluster, defense looks lackluster.

What would you rather have if given the choice: next year's first round pick or a player of Trey Hendrickson's caliber, knowing you might not be able to resign him, but having increased odds to make a Super Bowl? I ask this question because we're likely giving up a 1st if we get a Hendrickson-caliber player.

Yes, I love Hendrickson as a player and the idea of adding a dynamic pass rusher. More than that though, I want to act now while our Super Bowl window is open and go all in for, at minimum, making a Super Bowl. In the NFL your Super Bowl window can close as fast as it opens. Getting a guy like Hendrickson is taking a big swing for sure, but if it works, it's the kind of move that can make you the best team in the NFC and get you to a Super Bowl. We might not even need to make a splashy move and add a guy like Hendrickson. But it's a chance I'm willing and want to take.

I don't know why we need a MLB. I don't know why we would need a LB period. I trust Holmes enough to not get mad if he trades for anyone or doesn't make a move at all. But man, Trey would put us over the top.

LET'S ****ING GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I want a Super Bowl and I want one now. Hendrickson would put this team over the top and make them the clear favorite to win it all.

Another reason, in the long line of them, that I don't watch or listen to Joe Rogan. Rogan might be the dumbest podcaster alive. I'm convinced he doesn't put an ounce of thought into anything he says or that other's say to him. He just accepts that latest thing he's fed as gospel.

I get the sense we won't see Paschal at all this year. His start time window seems to be getting pushed further and further back.
