    There is literally a 0% chance Skubal pitches. They would have their position players throw 300 pitches before they have Skubal pitch. They cannot have Mize and Skubal on the same day pitching schedule, one of them would then have to pitch on short rest to reset that.

    The difference in information is that there was a game postponed. They don't want to move Skubal off his rotation spot on Sunday. Very simple and straightforward, and not in any way disconcerting.

    Also, any suggestion of a contending team trading their ace for prospects is utter nonsense. They'd be more likely to trade two of their top 10 prospects for a two month rental arm to put them over the top.

    Yeah 70 grade is excessive, but he was looked at as a 25 HR guy.

    He hit for power in the minors. He was a well rounded hitter, both OBP and power, but more power than OBP.
