The pitching has wOBA of .283 and an xwOBA of .301 which rank 2nd and 1st in MLB. The Royals are close behind ranking 3rd in both wOBA and xwOBA with .285 and .305. Tigers staff is second in baseball with a whiff rate of 27.8%. Overall, the statcast data is very good and reinforces that this isn't some flukey run. This team is legit. And we still haven't added back Vierling/Meadows.
