    Not a huge deal. Boyd tops out at 6 innings max. When he loses it, you have to get him out.

    Greene sitting is dumb. But Hill is enough of a change from a regular pitcher that the Tigers were already going to be screwed up.

    Gutty win. Bullpen gets the gold star today. They kept the offense alive; And the Seattle guy imploded to allow us to go ahead.

    I think the hitting will be ok. I'm much more worried about the depth of their rotation...either with injuries or performance.

    This is what a 73 win season looks like. We will have some major offensive droughts or pitching disasters.

    They have 3 off days in the next 10 days. They probably only need 4 starters for a bit.

    Also when your starters can’t routinely pitch past the 5th inning, sometimes this happens. The Tigers team defense has been very good overall and bad today unfortunately.

    Turnbull is 30 years old. If he is around after 2024 it’s probably a positive outcome. I’m taking more of a micro approach. The tigers rotation will offer plenty of chances for redemption in the next few months.
