Zabel is viewed as a guy who can ...with some development.. start at C and at the very least fill a role anywhere on the line as a reserve early on. Is that 1st round value? Some say yes...some say no. I would prefer to see and edge or a DT...but won't quibble over an IOL, whether it's Zabel or someone else. Now watch Holmes go out and draft a WR or another CB

What was really odd about Hamelin was the effect he had on the Tiger's offense the season he was here. I recall the offense being noticeably better after he signed. Why wouldn't you bring him back?

I'm good with Ibanez and Jung at 3B..prefer that to giving up assets forca declining player like Arenado. Re Tork..on the one hand., I can understand his attitude about wanting to get the noise out of his head about his swing and return to the simpler approach that worked well in college. OTOH..this ain't college and the team has resources that can help improve your results so buck up and take advantage of the help. I'm so conflicted

This team is so much fun to watch in transition. They have a very athletic starting five. Ausar has value now ..if he could develop a decent shot..he's a star for sure.
