If we're going to lose anyway...and since January 1st we have been pretty bad...I'd rather lose watching guys like Danielson, ASP, Lombardi, Cossa and MBN gaining experience.
At least then we'd know if they can contribute at all down the line.
This team wouldn't even be sniffing the playoffs without Cat.,.he's their best fwd this year. Larkin and Raymond are barely noticeable out there of late.
The fact that this team is so "blah" when the important game roll around in March is a definite sign that some major changes need to be made
If Buium can stay healthy..I might be inclined to think of him as a legit D prospect. Otherwise, it's ASP and An Johansson.
Keenan might be developing into one..but he's got another year or two in college ahead of him, so who knows.
We have a lot more talent in net and at FWD...
Wayne Fontes once discussed his draft day priorities...as a result, all of those guys were off the board when we picked. Brad doesn't draft for need sp much ad he drafts for talent.
I think he takes McNeil-Warren, the big safety out of Toledo
Zadina is scoring at a point a game...in Switzerland.
If Ras played the game the way Shine does...he'd be a top 6 wing.
I just hope Kasper is in some kind of sophomore slump and he'll be better next year. Finnie may be passing him up as a top six C
If we're gonna go after someone like a Matthews ...or an unsigned Quinn Hughes, I would make Raymond a centerpiece of my offer. He's been largely invisible since the Olympics. Might take a look at moving on from Larkin as well
