Tonight, I’m having a throwback to my growing up Friday night supper was when I was a kid. They were of course, meatless suppers, back in the day. So the sauce my mom would make is a marinara sauce with fresh zucchini in it. That over a bowl of linguine or penne With a little grated cheese on top, was heaven. Just because I like spicy, I add some red pepper flakes, fresh basil to. I also had so many fresh little cherry tomatoes, that I added about 2 cups of that also. Very simple supper but the best. EVOO, garlic, tomatoes, zucchini, basil.

Disgusting!! Ugh.

…. And most of the country won’t care, because it’s New York City, and who cares about those people anyway. … and, this, too. ( although even if it was a Republican mayor, he would be a RINO)

I’m so happy for both of you, ❤️❤️ … and I’m also really struggling with not having a dog right now. I know it’s the right thing for my older cat to not have to get used to another dog (especially since my cat has no claws… so can’t defend himself if a new addition to the family isn’t “cat friendly “) ….
