    I don't see Hartis talking to the media much. Hinch has a presser after every game. Bally usually has softball questions for him but I would love to hear his reasoning in regards to Maton.

    Upside....he works cheap. Downside....he can't hit or play decent 3rd base. Bad pickup by Harris. Has anyone asked Hinch why he's even in the lineup? Zach Short is better...even Schoop is better. Yeah, I don't get it either.

    Nope. Opposing pitchers don't even waste a pitch when he's down 0-2. They just pound the strike zone and watch him wiff. Hitting 5th? He shouldn't even be in the line-up. An overpriced back-up.

    When Skubal, Rodriguez and Manning get healthy, I would rather see Olson over Wentz. If we need either.

    You don't. Guy looks legit. Remember that time Zumaya broke his arm throwing so hard? The human body isn't supposed to be put under such strain.

    Stupid Hinch. He should have started Short on Cabrera's double. He woulda scored easily. I say fire Hinch...who's with me?

    Playing 2nd base, with Short at 3rd base. I would rather have Schoop at 2nd over Maton. I mean, seriously? Did I ever think I would want Schoop in the lineup?

    I admit, I didn't expect this. Outstanding use of the BP by Hinch. Yeah, it's easier when the offense scores so many runs but still, good job.

    Tigers offense...wide awake, great approach. Clutch hitting. Tigers outfield defense, gunning down runners. Tigers infield defense, turning incredible double plays. Where has this team been?

    When's the trade deadline? We may still have time to get Rodriguez healthy enough to move him. Prolly not for much but anything is better than what we would get when he opts out.

    They just may need longer to develop. Age isn't as important when discussing a prospect. Remember, there was no minor league season at all in 2020. Or 2021, I don’t remember. So going by age isn't the best indicator, across all of the minor leagues. Older rookies coming to a town near you...lol

    The age of some of these younger players is misleading. They lost a full year of development because of covid. Bringing them up before they're ready is like.....eating undercooked chicken. It may taste good at first but you soon regret it...lol

    I just like watching them compete. How many starting pitchers are hurt? Maybe it's time people looked into our trainers?

    4 game series and 2 of the games are BP days? Where's our SP depth? Unbelievable, the most important series of the season up to this point. 10 straight division games? There's not a lot of room for error.

    2 BP days in a 4 game series. And the other game to be started by Wentz. Get Alexander up already!!

    We get to enjoy a win for 1 1/2 days. I looked at our record and at the standing after last night's win and that was pretty hopeless. We need to sweep the Twins in our next series.
