  1. The rain in Spain falls mostly in the plain.
  2. I saw the TV stat bar and it showed his stats under "bench points." Maybe it was because he was on the bench at the time.
  3. If Glenn and Johnson both leave, I hope it's to the AFC. Please, not Chicago. And I wish them both luck, they'll both be part of Detroit Lion lore. And I guess there's a new coaching tree? The Dan Campbell tree. 😆
  4. Rams/Vikings moved to Arizona.
  5. I hope Harris is working as hard as the posters on MTS who are checking for ANY Tiger moves being made (or not) several times a day on this site...🤣🤣
  6. Did Cade not start tonight?
  7. He's going to the Saints, I bet. New York is about dysfunctional as an organization can be. But they do have a decent defense....
  8. I say the Bears problem are the GM (who they're keeping?), as well as their coaching staff. If they get some decent coaches, they may be a problem.
  9. The Rams coaches are way too conservative. Give Stafford the ball back with under a minute left and within one score? Terrifying.
  10. He played for the Jets and coached in New Orleans. My money is on New Orleans. The Jets are way too dysfunctional.
  11. Yes, OL. Maybe an edge rusher? A #3 wide receiver? Tim Patrick would do, we have so many other weapons. But...jeez...whoever Holmes picks will help, with Campbell and the coaches developing them and easing them in. This is a very well run organization.
  12. I was reading today that Ivey's injury/surgery has a 4 to 6 months recovery time. E-gads.
  13. Don't let the Pistons get hot! 😆😆
  14. We may see him go after a premium edge rusher, either thru trade or free agency. Sure, he hasn't gone after premium players in the past, but he was building a roster. Now that he's close, all bets are off. At least, I hope so. Miles Garrett isn't too happy in Cleveland...offer them some draft capital?
  15. Exactly. Boras doesn't mind taking a chance on an injury. It's not going to cost him as much as Skubal. It's really the only downside to holding off on an extension. If Skubal is injured, it will cost him millions of $$.
  16. As well as attract premium free agents. Many players would love to play for Detroit.
  17. Some fans think late season wins are bad because it creates lower draft picks. The 2022 Lions proved these fans wrong by finishing 8-2 and springboarding them to the division championship in 2023. And...we ruined Aaron Rodgers last season in Green Bay;
  18. The Lions this year averaged 33.2 points a game. They averaged giving up 20.1 points per game. So...the average scores of their games was 33-20. Amazing
  19. OT faceoffs are huge!! At least, puck possession. Kane!!
  20. That would also be better for the hugely popular Fantasy Football players.
  21. I hate giving up late goals. Especially on a weak penalty call.
  22. I'm surprised they didn't use Ken Kal for TV. Put Kaser on the radio.
  23. Bob Kaser? Uhhh...why?
