  1. You don't believe in due process, you believe you're right about everything and flippantly dismiss court rulings you don't agree with. Their own country won't even take them back and you still can't seem to figure out why the USA wouldn't want to keep them. To say it again, I don't believe a damn thing that Garcia says unless there is proof to back it up. Obviously the guy is going to say whatever he can to garner sympathy. Just be honest here, you believe in open borders and that the USA shouldn't have any immigration laws at all.
  2. You sure about that? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/19/canadian-detained-us-immigration-jasmine-mooney
  3. No idea why you care so deeply as to where a convicted child rapist spends their time but you do you I guess. As for Garcia, I've already commented on the things you accuse me of avoiding.
  4. A reminder that being convicted of a crime is not a prerequisite for deportation.
  5. So now we're not talking about the 8 violent convicted criminals being sent to South Sudan because their own countries refuse to take them? Them goalposts getting heavy?
  6. The Supreme Court never ruled that the President was immune from prosecution, they ruled that they are immune for actions taken within their official acts. That same ruling said that they could be prosecuted for unofficial acts. A reminder that you're clutching your pearls over murders and rapists.
  7. Well in your world not even the Supreme Court counts as due process so I guess that means no person in the country illegally can be deported, right? You win I guess.
  8. The Supreme Court looked at the case involving the 8 deportations to South Sudan so please stop screaming "due process" as if it's some Uno reverse card. Why should the USA continue being responsible for convicted criminals who are in the country illegally? Makes no sense to say that they should be locked up here instead of there.
  9. Because their home countries refuse to take them. Why are you advocating for murderers and child rapists?
  10. Guess who else lost a series to the Nationals......... The Dodgers
  11. No, we have him because swing voters looked at some of the ridiculous positions Democrats were taking and decided that the convicted felon was the better option.
  12. Why should they be?
  13. Those 8 men being deported to South Sudan have all been convicted of serious crimes, some of them murder and child sex crimes. They are being sent to South Sudan because their home countries have refused to take them. It's absolutely nuts to me that you're clutching your pearls over murderers and pedophiles getting deported.
  14. Why even use Vest here? Wouldn't you want to keep him fresh for tomorrow?
  15. Petry totally jinxed the comeback. He's talking about the Tigers needing two runs in the 9th to tie it up while the Nationals have a man on second and nobody out.
  16. How is that relevant to anything? But since I have nothing to hide, yes I have. I've also served two tours overseas. Now, tell me how that's relevant to my opinion on immigration?
  17. Well I guess I'm just more in line with Republicans on this one because I don't think anyone has the right to be in the country illegally. I don't care if you're a wanted felon or someone who overstays a student visa, you have no right to be here.
  18. I believe I've already said that CECOT is most likely not a nice place to be. Does that mean I believe anything Garcia claims about it? Absolutely not. Just curious, are there any illegal immigrants in the country right now that you would actually support getting rid of?
  19. On October 10, 2019, an IJ ordered Abrego-Garcia’s removal from the United States but granted withholding of removal to El Salvador pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1231(b)(3)(A). This grant of protection prohibited his removal to El Salvador.
  20. I'm sure it's not a nice place to be but why on earth would you believe anything Garcia says without proof to back it up?
  21. Here's the actual court filing where it is mentioned. This is the same document where they admit to screwing up. https://immpolicytracking.org/policies/reported-salvadoran-man-granted-withholding-mistakenly-deported-to-el-salvador-due-to-administrative-error/#/tab-policy-documents
  22. You know what dude, go F yourself. Like I said, I am not a Trump supporter so stop being a F'ing child and labeling me as one just because you can't comprehend someone not seeing things your way.
  23. First of all I'm a Democrat and always have been. Secondly, I am not a "poor sucker" who is "fooled by constant lies". Garcia has already had his day in court and was found to have no basis to be in the country. His deportation order was halted due to concerns over his safety, that doesn't mean he was entitled to remain in the country forever. Yes, the morons working for Trump screwed up by removing him to the one country he wasn't to be sent to but that doesn't mean he's just some innocent guy getting shafted. This constant advocacy from people like you over each and every person in this country illegally is why we have a convicted felon running the country.
  24. Do you even understand that he doesn't have to be convicted of human smuggling to be removed from the county based on him already having a final order of deportation? You're speaking of him as if he's going to be exonerated in court and then live happily ever after in the USA.
