I agree. But man, what a pattern we are seeing from Gores.

Fire Joe the season after he signs Gordon and Charlie V.  Fire SVG the year after he trades for Blake. Fire Weaver the year after he hires Williams.

Now Williams won't handcuff us like the other two moves did. But a new GM doesn't want to be stuck with a coach he didn't hire for the next six years. And at $12M a year, he isn't getting fired anytime soon. This isn't Texas A&M.

If you are that close to firing someone, maybe don't let them make franchise altering moves right before you do.

Wow.  It seems like the Pistons were playing with only 4 on the floor once the game hit 25-20.  What an absolutely awful showing.
