No SPs and running out of OFs.  Other than that, they’re primed and ready to take this game and the series.  Carpe diem, baby.

Vierling DTD. I don't see that they have IL'd Perez.......yet.

AJ said it didn't sound good for Perez after he saw the SF doctor.

they may be waiting to pair an IL listing with a call-up (which also means getting a guy to SF), but as of a few minutes ago when I checked no word yet. Akil may yet get one more chance not to fail this season.

Baddoo, Tork, Kreidler and Leonard are the guys on the roster.

I suppose if Vierling is feeling better they could always bring up Tork. I have mixed feeling about that. Just from watching his ABs, I think he is moving to a more aggressive approach - and then some days he seems to alternate and can take a walk when he wants to - I'd just like to see him have a little more consistent results before calling him back. The flip side would be he's at a point where he needs to test what he is doing against MLB pitching. So IDK...flip a coin.

I'm fine with Tork if he accomplished what he was supposed to. Madris can play outfield.

Left abdominal tightness for Perez.

I guess it could be worse. When I hear the word “groin injury” I double over in pain because I think about that the way a sixth grader does. So I’m glad it’s not a “groin injury.”

Left oblique strain officially. No updates about his groin unfortunately.
