Yesterday was the kind of thing appearing from the WaPo Ed-Board recently. They editorialized against Trump's coal program - but not because it was Trump and not because of climate science -the arg was that the gov was interfering in a market that has dis-favored coal on economic grounds. So the opposition was net "correct" from any rational standpoint, the reason given wasn't wrong, but it was hardly the most important. IOW they went out of their way to look for a 'conservative' angle to get to their answer even if the 'liberal' one was far more significant..
