What a world we live in where Marjorie Taylor Greene and Alex Jones are calling for the 25th Amendment to be used on this man. Both of them are still terrible people, Jones especially. But even a broken clock is right twice a day. If only either of the two would have called for this after the attempted coup on January 6th or any of the other crazy and lawless moments we've gone through with Trump.

Would also settle for 4 Republican Members of Congress to tell Johnson that if he doesn't recall Congress for impeachment hearings that they'll sit with Democrats, removing him from the speakership

Today was one of those redline moments where Trump simply crossed yet another redline. I am not naive enough to think any of the cowards in the GOP will do anything about it. They will not. But Donald Trump needs to be removed from office. He cannot remain in power another minute longer. Even if it won't be done, it needs to be said.

The 25th Amendment needs to be invoked. This cannot continue on another day longer. JD Vance would be a terrible President as well, but I'd like to think we'd at least not be attempting to annihilate and genocide an entire country's worth of people.

Furthermore, every Democratic politician and every Democratic candidate needs to be clear in calling for his removal from office and clear in their support for the 25th Amendment. This is no time for cowardice nor political calculation. We shamefully allowed and funded a genocide in Gaza to occur. What Donald Trump is threatening here to the Iranian people would be on a scale a thousand times the destruction, death, and war crimes that have been perpetrated in Gaza. And that was horrific enough.

There can be no politicking around with this or testing the polls to see what people think. We are in both a Constitutional and humanitarian crisis. People's lives are in grave danger thanks to our deranged, lawless, and out of control President. Remove Donald Trump from office now! Invoke the 25th Amendment now!
