Right.   I want to circle back to this because I think this is a great example of how scouts project a player and often times fans don't necessarily understand why they're quick to tag a guy

They'll wait until august to sign him.  he'll be terrible again and cost them games, BUT half the board will tell us that it was actually a brilliant signing by harris because they MIGHT have signed someone worse!
