I think that against the Rockies, scoring 10 runs still counts as "saving some for the next game".

That rainout gave Colorado a small chance of not being swept. Skubal is <a bit> better than Montero. But I like the way it worked out, using Skubal at home against a better lineup gives us a better chance to win the first game of the Texas series.

I would guess that Brebbia returns in the next few days and replaces Hicklen.

Looking at Fangraphs starting pitcher stats, and going into today they have Mize at 65th with a .3 WAR.   So, at this pace he will have 16 2/3 wins when he gets to 1 WAR

On the radio, Dan said that Brebbia is with the Tigers now in Colorado and can be activated today if necessary or, if not, on Friday.
