These exhibition games make me nervous ever since Pete Rose injured Ray Fosse.

I became an enemy of Pete Rose that day and it’s lasted ever since and when he got in trouble for betting, I wasn’t surprised because I was prepared for the worst. This may not be fair of me, but this is true.

Yeah I don't think we're ever going to see a repeat of Rose-Fosse. There's too much bonhomie among players, and also, they are acutely aware that they have to preserve themselves for championship play during the second half. Not only is no one going balls out against another guy, they're going to let up where they feel they need to so they can preserve themselves

I AGREE TIGERS NEED TO STOP COASTING SKUBALL IS TRASH AND THE WHOLE STAFF SUCKS FOR WEEKS NEED TO DFA FLARRITY HE IS USELESS!!! THE HITTING CANT KEEP UP GREEN IS SPOSED TO BE THEYRE BEST HITTER AND HE IS GOING TO STRIKE OUT LIKE 300 TIMES HINCH IS TOO SOFT NEEDS TO START SCREAMIMG AT THESE BUMS HARRIS NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING!!!
