I've been lucky the past few years. They have a deal with my cell phone company (T-Mobile) it's free if you pick it up a few days before the season starts.

The main conclusion I can make from this data is that there is no correlation between WPA before and WPA after.

Yes it's the advertisement sign. Pitcher's hat looks like it has a purple outline too.
