Motor City Sonics Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago You ****ing BUM. You have this guy at 1-2 and you throw a ****ing piece of meat like that. **** this guy. He sucks and I don't want him anywhere near the rotation in the postseason. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Great trade, Scott. Great trade deadline, too. Quote

No, although that’s a good one. My favorite one is After Hours the one with Ann Francis, and the mannequins. In the end she remembers who and what she really is. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I am so ****ing pissed right now. He throws a cookie right down the middle to SOTO ? What the hell was that? You couldn't get him with that even before your AARP day. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) Hinch seems to be losing his touch. He's waited one batter too many a bunch of times recently. Sharpen that hook up AJ. Can't let optimism get the best of you as a manager. Edited 13 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Twilight Zone time for me too. Maybe it'll chill me out after that. I mean, right down the middle to Soto. Moron. Quote

Ann Francis was Emma Peele before Diana Rigg wore her first Cat Suit. Edited 12 hours ago by gehringer_2 1 Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago What villainy is this? Even our Sommers become the Winter of our discontent. 1 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Sommers shouldn't have been used for multiple innings. Lazy managing. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago (edited) The pitching staff is starting to reach critical failure mass - which is what happens when a manager loses so much confidence in his bullpen arms that he leaves starters out too long. The result is failed starts and failed relief, and it all snowballs into outcomes like this. Edited 12 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote

Sports_Freak Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I wish Hinch would have used Melton in the 6th instead of Sommers. Quote

It's just Sommers has now given up 6 runs in his last 7 innings. Forget lefty-righty match up, the guy is a AAA pitcher, at best Quote
Sports_Freak Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Dingler with a 3 run walkoff home run. Yeah, I called it. 😆 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago And today was our best chance. The next 2 Met pitchers are pretty good. Scoring 8 runs should win the game for you. Quote

You just don't have the spots with starters' innings constantly falling. So if a guy in on the roster, he's going to pitch - and you are going to take your lumps if he isn't any good. gehringer_2 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) This Tiger season is beginning to remind me too much of last years Lions' season. Great team that takes on too many injures by the end of the season to remain great. Though with the Tigers it not just injuries but also pitchers just lost to ineffectiveness - Brieske, Hurter, Holton, Edited 10 hours ago by gehringer_2 Quote
