Sports_Freak Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM (edited) Hopefully the Pistons learned a lesson in the loss to the Bucks earlier in the week. The Pistons are going to (should) smoke them tonight. Edited yesterday at 12:34 AM by Sports_Freak Quote
lordstanley Posted yesterday at 12:43 AM Posted yesterday at 12:43 AM I’m a bit of a fish out of the water as I follow the Pistons less closely than the other three Detroit teams, but I’m at the game tonight to check out this 18-5 thing. 1 Quote
buddha Posted yesterday at 02:47 AM Posted yesterday at 02:47 AM is there a point to ron holland? Quote
Deleterious Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago People will say he is putting up numbers on a bad team. That is true, but you need to look a bit deeper. When a guy puts up big numbers on a bad team, look at his efficiency. If a guy puts up points and is inefficient and just chucking up a ton of shots, not good. But Porter Jr. shoots 59% from 2PT 39% from 3PT and 81% from the FT line for a TS% of 62%. That makes him one of the most efficient players in the league. Meaning, his offense probably translates to a good team. The problem with Porter Jr is his defense. He is bad, like terrible. On the nights his shot isn't falling, he doesn't do anything to help you win. Maybe they could live with that because his offense is really damn good. Quote
buddha Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago back issues are always in the picture when it comes to porter. 1 Quote

Deleterious Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago No clue how reliable this is, but it makes sense. Also, most guys have a clause that lets them out of their European contract if they get an NBA offer. Quote
