Deleterious Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago All Star reserves announced tonight. He shouldn't get it, but Duren is a stone-cold lock since his coach is picking the reserves. 1 Quote

Cade was being interviewed by ESPN and he called out "JD is an All Star" or something similar. Quote
Deleterious Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Duren isn't even a top 20 player in the East, let alone top 12. Quote

Deleterious Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago LeVert out again with just an Illness listed as the cause. His 7th missed game in a row. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago On paper, this game should be over by halftime. But...you just never know. The Nets are shorthanded. Quote
Deleterious Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago **** out of here with Ernst & Young delivering the all star reserve list. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Half court buzzer beater but he can't make a free throw? 😅 Quote

Sports_Freak Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago It's good to see the Pistons didn’t take an inferior team lightly. Quote

The good news is, restricted guys rarely get signed to offer sheets. Pistons could say 4/$100 go find a better offer. Quote

Pistons could say 4/$100 go find a better offer. i'd be fine with that. i'm sure duren wouldnt. as noted by all, duren isnt the "second guy" the pistons need. he cant really score on his own even if he is getting better at it. the one thing i will say about duren is that he's gotten better every year. he makes moves the basket now on his own. he's a decent passer for a young big. his free throws are decent. but its baby steps. and he still cant shoot a midrange jumper. if he ever got that, he'd be a #2 scorer for the team....but then he wouldnt be the version of duren who actually exists. 😞 i like duren and think he's going to continue to get better, but i dont want to see andre drummond 2.0 where the team is saddled to an incomplete big man on a huge deal. ausar not developing any type of offense other than dunking, ivey getting hurt, and holland just being terrible at everything but hustling has really capped this team's ceiling. those are three top 5 picks and none of them are going to be legit #2 scoring options for cade. Andre improved, but it was so marginal each year he was never going to get there. Duren is doing better, but is it better fast enough? Ausar's non-progress on his shot is the biggest disappointment to me other than Ivey. It's not like there was ever that much hope, but whatever there was he's put to rest. If you can't hit FT's you are still miles from hitting jumpers in competition. With Ivey, I wonder if the team has knowledge that he's not fully recovered but still could be or will be, or has concluded at this point that is he is just damaged good to write off. Quote
Deleterious Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Plenty of people feel Duren will get the rookie max. From Detroit that would 5 years and roughly $225 million. From another team, 4/$185 million. Quote
