Heathkit stuff was rock solid. Probably go another 20yrs. My first rig used a pair of these preamps my dad had built along with a completely home-brew vacuum tube diode power supply he had cooked up to go with them.

I forgot from our HoF project a while back how weak 3B was historically for the Tigers. A lot of long running average 3B in the club's history, particularly during dynasty eras (Wert, Brookens, Inge). Both WAR systems are unanimous that Fryman is the tops in club history. Kell is one of the most undeserving HOFers (as a player) and wasn't with the Tigers that long. It is scary how close Shane Halter and Zach McKinstry are to the top 10.

Does anyone have a record of that HOF?  I have a western digital HD that crapped out and I’ve yet to pursue getting anything off of it. If I had it that’s the only place it would be.
