So has Hurter; Vest has been mostly decent despite a few high profile bad outings; and De Jesus is getting crushed by BABIP and LOB bad luck. We had only 12 turnovers, leading to 16 Cavs points We can't count on that many Cleveland turnovers in upcoming games. The other issue is free throw attempts. We had 35 free throws to their 16. Again, we can't count on this going forward. Should this game have even been this close? Cleveland tying the game up late in the 4th quarter was a warning sign that this is going to be a long series. Even if Harden looked like a 50 year old at times. 😆

That’s going to be one of the things about the salary cap: if a team’s at the cap and a guy gets hurt, as Skubal just did, they would have no room to maneuver. Same goes for the trade deadline. Capped teams would be stuck, unless they develop some formula to assign cap space value to minor leaguers, maybe based on Pipeline ranks or something. Seems like that kind of thing would have to be baked into a CBA if they wanted to allow a majors-for-minors deadline trade under a cap regime.

He is 12-43 from three for a scorching 27%. He has 10 assists in 8 games His TS% is 55% which is below league average. A volume chucker is not considered a good player. Like I said, Cleveland is a bad overall team and with a bad defense. His numbers should improve.
