OK, that was pretty good.

If we had to send down four pitchers to bring up three starters and a reliever, man, I'm not 100% certain who it would be. Brieske and Hanifee, for sure. Madden, I guess, because he has three options left. The fourth? That's a tough call, but I would probably go Montero, so he could get regular trigger time in Toledo. -
TBI from an IED explosion seems fairly 100%ish to me. Every other vet I meet brags about their 10% for loss of hearing or what not they are getting. I never even considered it, I wouldn't want to look a Tammy Duckworth in the face for doing that.

Skubal and Casey are definitely coming back this weekend. It might be another week to get back Jansen, assuming not injury setback, which might "happen" if he can't get back on the horse. If Verlander ever does make his way to Detroit, it will be as a sort of legacy mascot, if he will agree to that, which he might not. Either way, I have my doubts as to whether he is ever going to go between the lines for us anymore. -

I hope they keep Madden. They need all the bullpen help they can get and Montero and Madden can give them multiple inning stints. -

Brieske was never more than a shooting star. I see Asia in his future. -

I don't care about Verlander. I never expected much if anything from him anyway. I was more concerned than anything else that he would cost us games. Jansen concerns me if he has big trouble getting past this. -

Edit...oh...Jansen. It looks like he struggled in his rehab too. IDK about those 2 guys.. -
If Platner is frauding the system and there's evidence of that fraud, it should come out and he should be made to pay the price. If he's not frauding the system, if he is being allowed by the VA to claim disability even if he is not disabled by other, even more accepted definitions, then that is the the system's fault and it needs to be reformed. But if the VA has listed qualifications for disability under which Platner qualifies, then he has a right to take the disability and there is no fraud or scam, by definition.

You think JV will be activated? He still looked kinda shaky. Skubal and Mize...JV....but who's the 4th? -

Hanifee is effective at times. Its the inconsistency that is a head scratcher. I think he'll probably stick but who goes down? De Jesus? Sommers? I still think they may send Madden down to stretch him out. -
Good to see the cease fire is going well.

Four pitchers coming back from injury in the next week, so four pitchers will be sent down. -

They aren't on the team because they are favorites of Hinch. They are on the team because they have no other options. -

So did Verlander. But all of these guys success were in the past. We need arms that will help us win now. Brieske is back from injury, send him down until he's effective. I dont think he's had a clean outing yet. Last night he got very lucky on a couple of defensive plays. He just hasn't looked sharp. Edit; looking at Brieske's WHIP? 3.00 lol -

Green across the board so far. Because indicators no longer matter.

Verlander and Jansen looked awful last night, hooray! -
The irony here is the geriatric Dems support Platner like Sanders, Warren and Markey. Weird how no one is saying Markey is too old to run. No one is forcing Sanders and Warren to step aside.

Brieske and Hanifee have had some success in the past. I doubt they are favorites currently. -
It means that Dems aren’t going to release their full oppo in the primary because they don’t want to damage their candidate before the election. This isn’t exclusive to Mills or Schumer. Your naivety and support for a Nazi is frankly shocking.
