You take a chance, LA may have been the best deal, it's a contender. If that fails you go to plan B. It's like selling a house. You take the best offer, but occasionally the buyer pulls out for some reason..you move on. I assume Harris has been keeping the agents in the loop.

That may be it. Interesting place. The locals had their personal mugs there. I think they had a bunch of books that you could read while enjoying your beverage and pastries. The fellow who ran it, actually his wife did it, was associated with the Michigan State Extension Service. He spent a bit of time commuting between East Lansing and the UP

Outside of my local NPR station I haven't listened to anything relatively new since the mid 80s. Stuck too long in the corporate Beautiful Music, Lite Rock before the (It was my job) I'm basically one of those Boomers who think good music ended with Rap and auto tune. Now that I no longer spend time in the automobile I've been exploring more.
