Interestingly, the Lions and Rams only had 8 possessions each last night. The Lions drove for a FG on their first possession of the 2nd half, then had two 3 and outs, then ran out the clock with a pair of clinching first downs on their final possession.

I expected the Wings to be blown out tonight. It’s 2-2 with 7 minutes left in the 3rd.

Yep, and I think the Green Bay win has raised the stakes. How many times will even a very good Lions team have a chance to advance to the NFC championship game with a home win over a lower #4 or #5 seed.

I think this is one season in which many neutrals are cheering for the Lions.
